Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Chanta! We aim to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in and timely and productive manner. Please take a sec. to review our shipping policy.

Pre-made items: please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped 

Pre-ordered items: please allow up to 16-26 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Please note it will be clearly specified on the product if it's a pre-order item.

International orders: Please note we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your county's customs agency. These fees must be paid by customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customer fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in hands of UPS, USP, or DHL we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
